Located in the heart of Montreal, the University of Montreal Hospital Research Centre (CRCHUM) is a major centre for creation, knowledge generation and training.
The CRCHUM’s rich and diversified community contributes to the advancement of knowledge, drives innovation and pushes the limits of research, whether in the fields of fundamental research, clinical research or population health research.
The CRCHUM is an integral part of its hospital, the CHUM. And while scientific advancements are made through big and small ideas, they are mainly the result of collaboration between individuals from various backgrounds.
Our researcher’s research projects are directly inspired by issues faced by patients and clinical teams at the CHUM or by public health issues. Patients and public policies directly benefit from our new insights.
Our ambition is to respond to the evolving health needs of the Quebec population by collaborating with the Réseau de la santé et des services sociaux and Université de Montréal.
Together, researchers, students, postdoctoral fellows, research staff and support staff pursue this mission with energy and determination.
