Job description 

The Stagg lab is focused at identifying novel therapeutic targets in order to potentiate the activity of immune checkpoint blockade (ICB). Our pipeline is based on multi-omics analyses of human tumor samples, genetically engineered preclinical models and the development of nove monoclonal antibodies.  

The candidate will work to map human tumors’ adaptation to ICB and validate new therapeutic targets and develop/screen functional monoclonal antibodies against the targets. The candidate will be integrated in our international network of collaborators in world-leading cancer centers.

This person will be responsible to:

  • Lead independent research projects (drive projects forward, analyze & interpret data)

Qualifications

  • Ph.D. in immunology, antibody engineering, molecular biology, or a related field. 
  • Prior experience at developing and screening monoclonal antibodies and performing preclinical studies is desired.
