Flexible work schedules
Employees benefit from flexible work conditions and schedules and a teleworking policy according to their situation. In general, employees have a 35-hour work week schedule per week.
Salary
Salaries are established by taking into account current pay scales in the health network, as well as guidelines from funding agencies and the budgets available for each of the research projects.
Leave
All employees are entitled to one month of paid leave after a year of service.

Early childhood centre
One early childhood centre (in French: CPE) offer reserved daycare spots for the children (aged 3 months to 5 years) of CHUM and CRCHUM employees only. The wait time for a daycare spot can vary.
