Dr. David Langleben is a Professor in the Faculty of Medicine at McGill University and former Chief of Cardiology at the Jewish General Hospital. He founded and directs the Pulmonary Vascular Disease Centre, the first pulmonary hypertension clinic in Canada. His research interests include pulmonary vascular metabolism; pulmonary vascular cell behavior and function; vascular cell biology; the epidemiology of pulmonary hypertension; and the development of new drugs for pulmonary hypertension.
