ATiM
ATiM is an open-source Biobank Information Management System (BIMS), developed by the Canadian Tissue Repository Network (CTRNet) in conjunction with leading Canadian tissue banks.
The software is licensed under the GNU General Public License (v3) to help biobanks in their day-to-day management and data tracking. ATiM is designed to allow for simple and low-cost customization and deployment while ensuring a high level of security and data quality.
To support tissue biobanks in the set up, customization and use of the ATiM software, the CRCHUM ATiM platform offers a wide array of services to biobanks, users and institutional programmers, from training to the creation of a complete customized solution.
