Module 101: The Basic Concepts of Patient Partnership (1h30)
Module 101 is aimed at patients, the public and health professionals who wish to integrate a partnership approach into their practice. This module aims to situate participants by teaching them the origins of patient partnership within care and research.
Module 201: Patient Partnership in Research (1h30)
Module 201 is aimed at patients, the public and health and research professionals who wish to better understand the important stages of implementing a partnership strategy with patients and the public in research as well as the issues that they may come across. Module 201 is intended to be a short, simple guide on how to enter into a patient partnership relationship.
Recruitment: The Skills of a Patient Partner (3h)
This is a discussion and analysis workshop for a detailed understanding of the competency framework and the various stages in the process of recruiting patient partners in the implementation of the patient partnership according to the Montreal model.
Module 301: Practical Reflection Workshop
Module 301 is aimed at patients, the public and health professionals who wish to reflect on the implementation of their partnership strategy with patients and the public in research and the challenges they faced.
Other workshops and training courses are available, including courses on the life course with an illness approach and narrating one's own life story with an illness.
